Arren Group operates as a productized service agency. We offer the following:

MVPSauce: MVP design, development, and launch services for startups and digital products. Brightscope PR: PR strategy, press placements, LinkedIn personal branding, and content services for founders, professionals, and coaches. All services are offered on a productized and/or retainer basis as outlined in our Pricing Page.

2. Engagement & Onboarding

To begin any service, clients must:

Complete the onboarding form or discovery call Make full or first installment payment (as applicable) Provide required information, branding, and input for project delivery We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services for any reason, including misrepresentation or failure to provide required inputs.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. For monthly packages, billing occurs at the beginning of each service cycle. Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or cancellation. One-time packages (e.g., Starter PR Pack): Non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly subscriptions: Can be canceled before the next billing cycle. Partial month refunds are not provided. 5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery and optimal results, clients are responsible for:

Providing clear requirements and assets (e.g., logos, brand guidelines, user stories) Responding to emails and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe Maintaining respectful and professional communication with our team Delays in communication or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

For MVPSauce, all design files and code produced during a paid engagement are transferred to the client upon full payment. For Brightscope PR, ghostwritten content and press kits are licensed exclusively to the client but may not be resold or redistributed without consent. We reserve the right to showcase work samples (with or without attribution) unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Mutual Agreement:

We agree to keep all confidential information you share with us private and secure. Likewise, you agree not to disclose any proprietary processes or assets we provide to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arren Group of Companies will not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed media opportunities, revenue loss) Delays caused by external platforms (e.g., third-party press outlets, payment gateways) Technical issues out of our control Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate any engagement if:

The client breaches these Terms There is abusive, dishonest, or unprofessional behavior Required assets or information are not provided within 14 days of request In such cases, partial or no refund may be issued depending on work completed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
